Embedded Systems in combination with pervasive or ubiquitous computing, intelligent and software intensive systems is the most important challenge for strategic long term research with a huge impact on society and economy. “Embedded Intelligence” or “smart systems” in the broader context of smart environments has begun to play a key role and it is the right time to have a merger of ideas through an International Conference on Embedded Systems. The goals of the International Conference on Embedded Systems are to present , exchange and discuss the state of the art, novel ideas, actual research results, and future trends in the field of embedded systems. During this international event, designers and applicants of Embedded Systems and high end electronics will be acquainted with the latest technologies.
