GUIDELINES
Paper should be in standard two column IEEE format, limited to a maximum of 5 pages, including figures and tables.
- All submissions should be in English.
- An author can submit a maximum of only two papers.
- The ICES 2010 Secretariat should receive your draft copy of your contribution, in the prescribed format, on or before 31st March, 2010. Receipt of draft submitted will be confirmed through email and the acceptance of the submitted draft will be notified on or before 15th April 2010.
- If accepted, the ICES 2010 Secretariat should receive your full paper, in the prescribed format, on or before 15th June 2010 with prescribed registration fee.
- Papers received without registration fee will not be considered.
- Receipt of paper submitted will be confirmed through email.
- All papers submitted to ICES 2010 conference must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during ICES 2010's review period.
- Authors are responsible for having their papers checked for style and grammar prior to submission.
- All papers submitted to this conference will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality and contribution.
- Acceptance of the paper will be notified on or before 15th June 2010.
- Late submissions and registrations will result in the exclusion of the papers from the conference proceedings.
- The selective papers among the papers presented in the conference will be channeled for the due consideration of the editors of the benchmarked journals for publication.
How to prepare the submissions
Full papers
- The paper should be prepared in standard two column IEEE format, limited to a maximum of 5 pages, including figures and tables with four key words to indicate the subject area of the paper. At least one of the key words must be taken from the list of topics provided under Scope.
- Full papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
